Shipping policy

We ship from our production facility in the United States via USPS and UPS.

Processing time

• Standard production: 1–3 business days after payment.
• Rush production ($39.99): your order is moved to the front of the production queue (typically ships same or next business day).

Processing time is added to the transit time of the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Shipping methods & costs

• USPS Ground / First Class — 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $35; otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout.
• UPS Ground — 2–5 business days depending on destination.
• Expedited (USPS Priority / UPS 2nd Day) — 1–3 business days, priced at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order any time on our Track order page using your order number and email.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes via USPS. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout; customs fees (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Carriers occasionally delay packages — tracking stays the source of truth. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your package arrives damaged, email contact@customboatvinyls.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer may not be recoverable; if a replacement is required, it will be at the customer's cost.
