Ordering

An order is accepted — and production begins — once your payment is authorized. Because every item is custom-made to your specification, orders enter production quickly and generally cannot be modified or cancelled once cutting has started. Email contact@customboatvinyls.com immediately if you need to change an order and we will do our best to catch it in time.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Production time

Standard production takes 1–3 business days after payment. Rush production (moves your order to the front of the queue) is available at checkout as an add-on. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Returns

Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or mis-produced by us. See our Return & refund policy for full details.
