These terms govern your use of customboatvinyls.com and any purchase you make from Custom Boat Vinyls. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom products

Our decals are made to order based on the design you build in our customizers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, size, color, and finish you select and approve at checkout. The live preview approximates the final product; colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences.

Boating regulations

Boat registration numbers must meet the requirements of your state or governing authority (character height, spacing, color contrast, placement). We produce your design exactly as specified, but verifying that your design complies with local regulations is your responsibility.

Application

We produce and ship decals only — we do not install them. Application instructions are included with every order. Results depend on surface preparation and application conditions, which are beyond our control.

Pricing

Prices are calculated from your selected size, material, and options and are shown live in the customizer before checkout. We may change prices, products, or options at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, or designs you submit. Site content, product photography, and our designs remain the property of Custom Boat Vinyls.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including costs related to loss of use of your vessel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
